Snack helped me understand the future of communication! Brands must increasingly focus on horizontal marketing (conversation-based) and strive to play a more essential role in the consumer's life. My partnership with Snack built one of the most fun projects in which I've ever participated: we use the social video platform to learn more about our consumers and to create highly-relevant entertainment! Together, we created the Coisa Nossa channel, which is the most influential in its category and is consistently building brand preference.
